Project In Process
- Most of the original building will be restored with some parts demolished and some new ground-up additions.
- GSM is installing the flat EPDM roofs, including custom faceboards, edging, copings, gutters, and downspouts.
- GSM is also installing most of the exterior wall coverings – zinc flat lock panels, vertical metal siding, cement board panels and trim. We will also install two types of ceiling soffit, extruded alum with a wood grain finish, and vinyl soffit.
