Standing seam panels will be fabricated on-site.
We will be building the wood frame work for the soffit and fascia.
The standing seam roof gets soffit, fascia, gutter, downspouts and S-5 snow rail system.

With your firms Roofing help and additional home inspections regarding Stucco Moisture tests we have uncovered a $40K + problem we would have inherited. Now it’s the sellers problem.
