Commercial Roofer — Ephrata, PA

Full-Time | $21–$30+/hr | Monday–Friday, 6 AM–3 PM | Overtime Available

GSM Roofing is hiring experienced commercial roofers for flat and low-slope work at our Ephrata, PA location. If you’ve worked on flat roofs, single-ply systems, or any outdoor trade, we want to talk to you.

The Work

You’ll handle tear-offs, installations, and repairs on flat and low-slope roofs, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up systems. This is physical outdoor work year-round — hot summers on black roofs and cold winters.

What You’ll Do

Tear off and install flat/low-slope roofing systems
Work regularly with single-ply systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC)
Operate hand tools and power tools daily
Keep job sites clean and safe

Requirements

Flat/low-slope roofing experience OR a construction/outdoor trade background
Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
Able to lift 75 lbs
Valid driver’s license
Must pass drug test and physical
