Commercial Roofer — Elkton, MD

The Work

You’ll handle tear-offs, installations, and repairs on flat and low-slope roofs, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up systems. This is physical outdoor work year-round — hot summers on black roofs and cold winters.

What You’ll Do

• Tear off and install flat/low-slope roofing systems
• Work regularly with single-ply systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC)
• Operate hand tools and power tools daily
• Keep job sites clean and safe

Requirements

• Flat/low-slope roofing experience OR a construction/outdoor trade background
• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test and physical
