Job Summary:

To execute profitable jobs, maintain crew efficiency and provide high level customer response. Profitability is to be accomplished by studying the job requirements, coordinating purchasing of materials and scheduling of work.  Crew efficiency is to be maintained by site visits and establishing expectations of behavior, dress and roofing details.  Customer response is to be executed at a high level by maintaining a culture of customer service and response.  This includes night and weekend emergency response and off hours scheduled work.


  1. Safe crew behavior and results.
  2. Customer satisfaction as measured by call backs, referrals and notes.
  3. Profitability of quoted jobs.
  4. Emergency response and off hours response – availability of supervisor and crew.
  5. Hiring and retaining technicians.

  • High school diploma and a minimum of three years in a related work environment or equivalent training and experience
  • Computer literacy, keyboard and word processing skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of roofing systems
