To ensure we provide a safe working environment for ourselves, and customers, GSM employs a full-time and fully dedicated Safety Manager who conducts our MSHA & OSHA courses and First Aid/CPR classes. Sean Conley is extremely knowledgeable about fall protection and many other safety-related topics.

Sean Conley possesses several years of EH&S experience, mostly within the Power, Steel, Chemical, Oil & Gas, and Pipe Fabrication industries. Throughout his nine years of experience, Sean earned both his Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation, through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

In addition to a Safety Manager, GSM has a safety committee to make sure all safety-related communication is flowing properly from the employees to management and back, and that our employees are following strict procedures every day.

Drug Testing is a Safety Practice

Therefore, we recognize this and require all prospective employees to submit to initial drug testing before being hired and random drug testing during their time working for us.
