ROOFER FOREMEN - MECHANICS 7/1/10
FOREMEN (Experienced) - Essential qualifications: 3 to 5 years in a foreman role on large-size projects managing activities of 8+ crew members; expertise in BUR, single ply and heat welding; positive history of completing jobs to manufacturers’ highest standards with positive customer feedback and minimal callbacks; strong professionalism, creativity and leadership in managing people are a must.
MECHANICS - Essential qualifications: Experience in slate & metal; must understand sequence of procedures to complete a roofing project; ability to use specialty tools; LOW SLOPE candidates must have experience in performing layout of tapered roof insulation and crickets; STEEP SLOPE candidates must have experience in soldering copper, stainless steel and galvanized metals.
